We, “Recovery First Foundation” are dedicated to supporting individuals who are being released back into the community after incarceration, by providing support networks and services to assist in reintegration and aftercare for those that have been affected by substance dependency. We believe in order to provide a sustainable element to aftercare, building and developing relationships is a key element to achieving this.
