Environmental

You have probably heard the saying “we become, who we associate with” It is so important for our recovery to be in a environment that is condusive to our new way of life. This means we will have to change who we were associating with in our active addiction.

We need to position ourselves in a environment, and around people that are healthy to our recovery.
Here at RF we encourage our crew to do activities together, and also mentor them. Getting back in touch with the simple pleasures in life, things that are left behind when we are in active addiction.

We encourage our guys to fill their free time with activities. Free time can be a major threat to relapse.
We offer a safe and supportive environment that encourages them to build a “clean” network of friends and whanua.
